Samatol was founded in 2006, by MR VIJAY RAMCHANDRA JADHAV, a founder of exemplary vision and drive. The NGO began as a modest member team. Focusing towards rehabilitation and reunion of child with their family, who has opted to run away from their home and departed from their family

Within four years, Samatol has done remarkable work in this field they have rehabilitated more than 1500 child Samatol foundation focus on Railway junctions, as railway is the most convenient mode for any run away child to reach to the city of dreams, which they admire.

It has been observed that majority of children take the most crucial decision of their life during their early teen age; to select a different way of life which may be far away from the comfort zone of family and friends. A child feels that his dreams and aspiration can't be achieved in the atmosphere where he is at present; hence they choose to run away from home and attempt to create their own path to live their dreams.

Samatol means "Balance" which is essential for any society, we at Samatol attempt to maintain the same, by providing much required support for children who are forced to stay on Railway platforms due to various reasons.

            We focus on Railway junctions, as railway is the most convenient mode for any run away child to reach to the city of dreams, which they admire.

SAMATOL is registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 and Trust under the Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950. Focusing towards rehabilitation and reunion of child with their family, who has opted to run away from their home and departed from their family
